The overall strategy to be adopted in carrying out this program will be based on holistic process of participatory planning. The program will be implemented in phases of 3 years each, with the first being tree nurseries, animal raising, environmental education, capacity building and piloting the bio gas and solar for education projects. The second phase will be continuation of the first phase with introduction of solar for house service and financial services to facilitate sustainability of the project.
